Does Medicare pay separately for pulse oximetry codes 94760 and 94761?

In the hospital outpatient prospective payment system (OPPS), the following procedure codes have a status indicator (SI) of N, which means that payment is packaged into the payment for other services, and no separate APC payment is made. The incidental service must be reported in combination with a significant procedure when reporting to Medicare.

94760 Noninvasive ear or pulse oximetry for oxygen saturation; single determination
94761 Noninvasive ear or pulse oximetry for oxygen saturation; multiple determinations (e.g., during exercise)
