Question:

Is there any word yet from CMS on the new CLFS rates for 2018?

Answer:

Yes, in addition to the rates, other related information is available at https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Medicare-Fee-for-Service-Payment/ClinicalLabFeeSched/PAMA-Regulations.html. According to an American Clinical Laboratory Association news release, if the preliminary rates now posted are finalized, there will be severe cuts.
