  • Atgam (antithymocyte globulin), Upjohn;
  • Orthoclone OKT3 (Muromonab-CD3), Ortho Pharmaceutical;
  • Prograf (tacrolimus), Fujisawa USA, Inc;
  • Celicept (mycophenolate mefetil, Roche Laboratories;
  • Daclizumab (Zenapax);
  • Cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan); Prednisone; and Prednosolone.
