Can 93456 be billed with 33418?

Answer:

Code 93456 should not be reported when also reporting code 33418 or Category III codes 0345T, 0483T, 0484T, 0544T, 0545T or 0643T for a diagnostic right heart catheterization with coronary angiography procedure performed with/intrinsic to a valve repair or an annulus reconstruction procedure.
