Refund & Returns Policy

You may return an unused print book within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery or those in non-resalable condition are not eligible for a refund.

Sales of all eBooks are final; no returns can be accepted. To gain a full understanding of the eBook you’re considering, we encourage you to carefully read the product description prior to your purchase. In addition, you may call Customer Care at 800-252-1578, ext. 2, if you have questions about an eBook or if you need technical assistance with your eBook order. The printing of eBooks is not allowed.

You may cancel your subscription to a newsletter within 30 days of the initial product delivery and receive a full refund. Beyond the 30-day period, you’ll receive a full refund, minus a prorated amount for any received issues.

All webcast sales are final once a link to the webcast has been sent to you. Please be aware that, due to ongoing payer and regulatory changes, access to an on-demand webcast expires one year after the live webcast date. In addition, any webcast CEUs are invalid after one year.

Please call Customer Care at 800-252-1578, ext. 2, before returning any product. When making a return, we strongly recommend choosing a shipping method that is traceable. We also advise you to insure the parcel with your shipper. MedLearn Publishing is not responsible for product loss or damage that occurs during shipping, so we encourage you to carefully package the returned item. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

For certain publications, you will see “AMA Royalty Fee” in your shopping cart. This charge covers the licensing fee MedLearn Publishing pays to the American Medical Association (AMA) for references to CPT^® codes. The AMA owns the copyright for CPT codes.
