Are the 2026 HCPCS codes still active for lithotripsy?
The 2026 HCPCS codes are still active for lithotripsy (C9764-C9767, C9772-C9775) for hospital facility coding for outpatient. Physicians would use the new lithotripsy codes or the unclassified code accordingly.
