When do we report codes 37236 and 37237?
37236 and +37237 are reported for pulmonary artery stenting in the context of interventional on a patient without congenital heart disease. 37236 is used for the initial artery treated. Each additional artery is captured with 37237. The MUE for 37236 is 1 with an MAI of 2. The MUE for 37237 is 2 with an MAI of 3. 37236 and 37237 include angioplasty, when performed within the same vessel as stenting.
