Question:

Do you have any advice for reporting 75630 in regards to documentation?

Answer:

Determine if documentation supports the entire abdominal aorta. Look for a mention in the report of renal arteries or celiac axis/trunk. Also, look for documentation supporting imaging of both lower extremities through at least femoral arteries. If no mention is made of upper/proximal abdominal aorta (i.e., are renal arteries defined?) this is not 75630 but either 75710 or 7571.
