Are there new HCPCS codes for drugs and biologicals in a hospital outpatient setting?

Answer:

For 2019, seven new HCPCS codes have been created for reporting drugs and biologicals in the hospital outpatient setting, where there have not previously been specific codes available. These new codes are listed in the Centers for Medicare Services Transmittal 4255 Table 2, attachment A.
