Can you tell us how many times the new 2026 add-on codes for lithotripsy can be reported per iliac territory and femoral/popliteal territory?
Add-on codes for lithotripsy were created for the iliac (+37262) and femoral/popliteal (+37279) territories. Lithotripsy may be reported up to three times for the iliac territory and up to two times for the femoral/popliteal territory. There is no lithotripsy code for the tibial peroneal or inframalleolar territories.
