Reintroducing the Saturday Morning Post

Reading e-mails

Dear Colleagues,

In May 2020, as the very first surge of the COVID-19 pandemic raged across the country, we introduced a new feature titled The Saturday Morning Post – the title being an homage to the Saturday Evening Post, the weekly magazine that catapulted artist Norman Rockwell to fame and became a staple of suburban living-room coffee tables everywhere.

We described the new feature as a mechanism through which healthcare professionals and executives from every corner of the industry could contribute columns with an insider’s perspective and a personal touch, focusing on timely, real-world issues. The columns were posted to RACmonitor every Saturday morning, offering a fresh change of pace to the material published on weekdays.

And now, following a brief hiatus, we’re bringing the feature back. Welcome to the Saturday Morning Post.

We pride ourselves on producing useful, accurate, and in-depth reporting on the topics that matter most to the hardworking individuals who comprise the foundation of the nation’s healthcare system. This feature allows us to do just that.

Stay tuned to RACmonitor and ICD10monitor as well as their corresponding weekly Internet radio broadcasts, Monitor Mondays and Talk Ten Tuesdays, for continued reporting amid the ongoing pandemic and all facets of federal oversight of healthcare.
