Do codes 95816 and 95819 include hyperventilation and/or photic stimulation?

Answer:

Codes 95816, 95819, and 95822 are considered “routine” EEGs, which, on average, include 20–40 minutes of recording. These codes include hyperventilation and/or photic stimulation when appropriate.
