Answer:

The following new code should be reported:

94618 Pulmonary stress testing (e.g., 6-minute walk test), including measurement of heart rate, oximetry, and oxygen titration, when performed

This test includes measurement of distance walked, oxyhemoglobin desaturation, and heart rate at various intervals (commonly every 60 seconds for up to 6 minutes), as well as interpretation of test results with written report.
