When coding for leadless pacemakers, can you please explain the differences in code ranges as they stand in 2024?

Answer:

Refer to the following for the code range differences:

0795T–0804T: Code range for dual chamber leadless pacemaker services
33274, 33275: Code range for singe chamber, right ventricular pacemaker services
0823T–0826T: Code range for single chamber, right atrial leadless pacemaker services.
0823T–0826T are intended for atrial pacing systems not part of a dual chamber leadless system.
