Code 92943 or C9607 describe any combination of atherectomy, stenting and angioplasty within a bypass graft, major coronary artery (left main, LAD, LCX, RCA, ramus intermedius) or major coronary artery branch to treat an chronic total occlusion (CTO). Code +92944 or +C9608 describe any combination of atherectomy, stenting and angioplasty within an additional bypass graft, major coronary artery (left main, LAD, LCX, RCA, ramus intermedius) or major coronary artery branch to treat a chronic total occlusion (CTO).
