Question:

Where is the catheter placed for a non-selective abdominal aortogram with bilateral lower extremity arteriograms?

Answer:

The catheter is placed in the upper abdominal aorta (around the renal arteries) followed by moving the catheter to the bifurcation (lower abdominal aorta).
