In addition to reporting codes C8921–C8930, report the following codes based on the amount of contrast milliliters (ml) used: Q9950 Injection sulfur hexafluoride lipid microspheres (Lumason®), Q9955 Injection perflexane lipid microspheres, per ml (Imagent®), Q9956 Injection octafluoropropane microspheres, per ml (Definity®), Q9957 Injection perflutren lipid microspheres, per ml (Optison™).
