Question:

For cervical carotid stenting, is there a code for ‘each additional vessel’?

Answer:

No. Generally, one end of the stent will be in the common carotid artery and one end will be in the internal carotid artery. If two stents are required to cover the cervical area, both would be included and no additional code would be assigned.
