Do you know when CMS will issue the 2018 proposed outpatient rule?
Answer:
Generally, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issue the proposed rules for the hospital outpatient prospective payment system (OPPS) in early July. As of this writing (July 3), it has not been issued but it should be coming soon.
