Are there any QPP Measure additions for pathology in 2023?
Answer:
Among the victories stakeholders achieved, including work done by CAP, a new measure for pathologists was included within the MIPS program:
This measure was included in the Pathology Specialty Measure set. On the advice of comments by the CAP, CMS did not include screening for social determinants of health to the pathology measure set.
