Which codes cannot be reported in conjunction with 87494?
87494 may not be reported in conjunction with codes 87491 [Infectious agent detection by nucleic acid (DNA or RNA); Chlamydia trachomatis, amplified probe technique] or 87591 [Infectious agent detection by nucleic acid (DNA or RNA); Neisseria gonorrhoeae, amplified probe technique] during the same encounter. This may require review of test order sets to ensure compliance.
