What is the assignment of code dependent on G0480?
Answer:
Assignment of HCPCS G0480-G0483 and G0659 is dependent on the number of drug classes (not drug analytes) that are analyzed. Separate reporting of a methodology CPT® from the Chemistry section is no longer applicable.
