Radiology Question for the Week of October 26, 2020

Question:

What are the “additional artery” codes for revascularization in the femoral/popliteal territory?

Answer:

All the femoral and popliteal arteries are considered a single vessel for coding of revascularization procedures within the femoral/popliteal territory. Because of that there are no “additional artery” codes in this territory.
