When should code 95813 be reported during a sleep study, and what is the duration of monitoring that qualifies for this code?

Answer:

Report code 95813 once for any amount of extended monitoring that exceeds 61 minutes but is less than 119 minutes. For monitoring that exceeds 120 minutes see codes 95705, 95706, 95707, 95711, 95712, 95713, 95717, or 95718.
