Question:

For polysomnography, what must the face-to-face clinical evaluation include?

Answer:

The face-to-face clinical evaluation must include, at a minimum: (1) the patient’s sleep history and symptoms, (2) an Epworth sleepiness scale, and (3) a physical examination that documents body mass index, neck circumference, and a focused cardiopulmonary and upper airway evaluation.
