Are fraction time amounts or rounding up allowed when reporting code 94781?
Answer:
Note that the description for 94781 specifies “each additional full 30 minutes.” This means that neither fractional amounts nor rounding up is allowed when reporting this code in addition to 94781. Documentation must clearly demonstrate that 30 minutes were spent with the infant being tested.
