Answer:

The code 94664 is to be reported for demonstration and evaluation of an aerosol generator, nebulizer, metered dose inhaler, or IPPB device. Report the CPT® code 94667 when providing instruction and demonstrating techniques for manual manipulation of the chest wall, such as cupping, percussing, and vibration to facilitate lung function.
