Answer:

For pulmonary stress testing to evaluate dyspnea, code 94618 should be reported. This test includes measurement of distance walked, oxyhemoglobin desaturation, and heart rate at various intervals (commonly every 60 seconds for up to 6 minutes), as well as interpretation of test results with written report.
