Question:

Does 94667 apply to the demonstration of a patient’s utilization of a flutter valve device or Acappella device?

Answer:

The CPT® codes 94667 and 94668 refer to “hands-on” manipulation of the chest wall and do not apply to the demonstration and/or evaluation of the patient’s utilization of a flutter valve device, Acappella device, or percussion vest.
