Code 94726 is used to report all plethysmography testing and related procedures, including, as its descriptor below says, the determination of lung volumes and airway resistance, as well as residual volume and functional residual capacity (FRC).

Code 94727 should not be reported with 94726, as these services are considered inherent components. Neither should 94728 be reported with 94726.
