When are laboratories required to report private-payer data under PAMA?
Answer:
To guarantee compliance under the Protecting Access to Medicare Act of 2014 (PAMA), medical laboratories will now be required to analyze their private-payer price data starting in July 2019 to prepare for reporting by March 31, 2020.
