As code 0337T has been deleted, if endothelial function assessments (unilateral or bilateral) are performed using peripheral vascular response to reactive, noninvasive (i.e., brachial artery ultrasound, peripheral artery tonometry) assign unlisted procedure code (UPC) 93998 to describe this service.
