Could I ever use two units of 75710 for the same patient at the same encounter?
Yes, if a unilateral upper extremity arteriogram and a unilateral lower extremity arteriogram are performed correct coding would be two units of 75710. However, whether or not two units of 75710 will be paid can vary based on payers so it is important to verify payer requirements.
