What are the differences between codes 75625 and 75630 for an abdominal aortogram?

75625 is assigned for an abdominal aortogram performed with an injection of contrast from a catheter in the upper abdominal aorta (usually at or near the level of the renal arteries) with documentation of imaging from the level of the renal arteries to the aortic bifurcation. 75630 is assigned if, after the abdominal aortogram is performed, additional imaging is done of the iliofemoral and lower extremity arteries without repositioning the catheter. However, if, after the abdominal aortogram is performed, the catheter is repositioned to the lower part of the abdominal aorta for additional imaging of the bilateral lower extremity arteries two codes would be assigned: 75625 and 75716.
