What are the four new PLA codes released in April 2019?

Answer:

The April outpatient prospective payment system (OPPS) update announces four new codes for proprietary laboratory analyses (PLAs) established by the American Medical Association (AMA) CPT Editorial Panel: 0080U, 0081U, 0082U, and 0083U. They were included in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) transmittal 4255 (issued March 15, 2019) and took effect on April 1, 2019.
