When we are revising a treatment plan for services related to infusion, how should we support the inclusion of new drugs?

Answer:

When a revision to the treatment plan is necessary, the addition of new drugs should be supported by a new order that includes an indication for administration through the documentation of sign/symptom/diagnosis.
