And in 2021, she joined the Compliance team at BioReference Laboratories as director of coding and billing compliance.

Tiffani Bouchard, CCS, CRCR, has been a Revenue Integrity Professional and Healthcare Industry Thought Leader for 30+ years. She has expertise in chargemaster management, hospital and professional coding and bill auditing, claims issues resolution, resolving professional claim denials, and coding and coding and documentation for both Critical Access and acute Prospective Payment System Hospitals. She has extensive knowledge of CMS coding / billing guidance and regulations. She has been a speaker and educator for local and state meetings for many years, as well as conducting coding and billing webinars for coders, hospital staff and physicians.
