Answer:

New for 2024, code 0815T utilizes non-ionizing, radiofrequency echographic multi-spectrometry (REMS) technology to evaluate BMD status and assess fracture risk by analyzing raw, unfiltered ultrasound signals. It may be performed at the proximal femur, pelvic, or lumbar spinal regions. 0815T (Ultrasound-based radiofrequency echographic multi-spectrometry (REMS), bone-density study and fracture-risk assessment, 1 or more sites, hips, pelvis, or spine)
