Question:

When are codes 0559T and 0560T reported vs. 0561T and 0562T?

Answer:

These Category III CPT® codes specify printed 3-D anatomic models (0559T and +0560T) as well as printed 3-D anatomic guides (0561T and +0562T). Codes 0559T and +0560T would be used for preoperative or preprocedural services. Codes 0561T and +0562T would be used intraoperatively as part of a surgical (i.e., cutting, drilling) procedure.
