Do 94667 and 94668 apply to the demonstration of the patient’s utilization of a flutter valve device?

Answer:

The codes 94667 and 94668 refer to “hands-on” manipulation of the chest wall and do not apply to the demonstration and/or evaluation of the patient’s utilization of a flutter valve device, Acappella device, or percussion vest.
