Should I detail the frequency of hypopnea during the initiation of CPAP?


According to information in the American Medical Association (AMA) CPT® Assistant Newsletter (September 2002), the initiation of CPAP requires an accounting of the frequency of apnea and hypopnea at various points during the sleep test.
