Is there a specific CPT® code for myocardial perfusion SPECT/CT scan?
Answer:
There are no myocardial perfusion scan codes that say “SPECT/CT”, however, 78451 and 78452 include attenuation correction when performed and therefore would be assigned for either SPECT or SPECT/CT.
